In your kit, you will receive your custom whitening trays, whitening gel, and at-home care instructions to follow.

Only apply the whitening treatment after thoroughly brushing and flossing your teeth, and follow the directions carefully. It is important not to eat or drink while wearing the whitening trays and for thirty minutes after treatment. I recommend repeating the whitening procedure every night for two weeks. After two weeks of treatment, be sure to schedule an appointment where I can check your progress. Once you’ve achieved the shade you desire, you can use the trays for maintenance moving forward.
